Initial session of 60-75 minutes to assess current state and set goals and intentions for achieving a body and life you love
Ongoing 1:1 weekly virtual meetings with Gretchen (duration - 30-45 minutes)
Habit-building so that your new lifestyle is sustainable and enjoyable
Nutrition tracking (if desired) included inside the app
Voice and text memos for Gretchen between "live" sessions when something comes up and a "real time" answer or question is more relevant to your results
Sample workouts and recipes shared in-app for your success and ease
Resources to help you execute -- protein cheatsheet, protein snack ideas, how to eat-out guide, healthy carbohydrate guide, anti-inflammatory food and lifestyle guide, etc
